Last month I added a few new locations to my run map.

Last month I added a few new locations to my run map.

I love the fact that my running shoes are the first thing packed whenever I travel (in fact I have a set of wash and wear, quick dry run gear permanently packed in my suitcase for such trips.)

There is nothing more blissful than the feeling of running in a new town and navigating my way around.

Last month it was the Pilbara region in Western Australia, this weekend it will be Melbourne.
