I love the fact that my running shoes are the first thing packed whenever I travel (in fact I have a set of wash and wear, quick dry run gear permanently packed in my suitcase for such trips.)
There is nothing more blissful than the feeling of running in a new town and navigating my way around.
Last month it was the Pilbara region in Western Australia, this weekend it will be Melbourne.

The last three weeks have been hectic here to say the least.
