Last month I added a few new locations to my run map.

I love the fact that my running shoes are the first thing packed whenever I travel (in fact I have a set of wash and wear, quick dry run gear permanently packed in my suitcase for such trips.)

There is nothing more blissful than the feeling of running in a new town and navigating my way around.

Last month it was the Pilbara region in Western Australia, this weekend it will be Melbourne.

There is always a way you can fit a work out in.

There is always a way you can fit a work out in.

The last three weeks have been hectic here to say the least.

I’ve found myself working late (not something I like to do, because I have a set routine and a scheduled daily gym appointment that I don’t like to miss)

But miss it I have.

Let me clarify that though.

I have missed the 4pm scheduled one in my diary, but have been going as soon as I have finished work (whether it be at 5pm or 6pm.

Jet Lag

OMG, my first serious bout of jet lag.

I spent two week in Barcelona recently for the GTi and mobile world congress.

Barcelona is 10 hours behind Sydney, and although I didn’t sleep on 14 flight, when I did land after I hit the shower, I hit the gym.

My aim was to stick to a routine as much as possible.
